Questions

• Where do your placement candidates come from?+ People we train become a pool our parent, The Works Group, places from. So the candidates put forward already work to our standard.
• Is this real-estate only?+ No. Recruitment is open to every industry. The onboarding path simply includes the real-estate licensing route when relevant.
• Can I enrol on my own, without a company?+ Yes. Every course is self-paced online. You enrol, pass the module tests, and earn the Academy certificate yourself.

How does someone get certified?

• Every module ends with a test. Complete them and you earn the Academy certificate.
