Recruitment and Workforce Planning Analyst
About the role
The Department of Water Resources (DWR) Talent Management Branch is seeking a part-time Recruitment and Workforce Planning (RWP) Analyst in Sacramento. In this role, you will support recruitment and workforce planning initiatives, recommend innovative solutions, and serve as a departmental liaison at recruitment events. DWR values creativity, learning, and public service, offering programs like the Emerging Leaders Program and the DWR Mentorship Program for professional growth.
This is a permanent-intermittent position with a maximum of 1,500 hours worked per calendar year. Permanent-intermittent employees are eligible for benefits after meeting work-hour criteria and receive pro-rated holiday pay.
Responsibilities
- Work with recruitment and workforce planning experts to initiate or recommend changes that promote innovative solutions for internal and external customer needs.
- Serve as a departmental liaison with external contacts, representing DWR at recruitment events.
- Address the Department’s recruitment and workforce planning needs.

Pay
Salary range: $3,861.00 - $7,547.00 per month.
Schedule
- Part-time, permanent-intermittent position (up to 1,500 hours per calendar year).
