About The Position

The Recruiting Partner finds the talent that makes Power Design a great place to work. Located at our headquarters campus in sunny St. Petersburg, Florida, this recruiting position is part of the team that brings in top talent for the organization, a critical need for the organization.

• Understand the recruiting needs of the organization
• Find talent and make recommendations for hire
• Create and maintain search engine optimized-job descriptions and job library in Taleo
• Participate in department projects and process improvement efforts to increase efficiencies and success

here’s what we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree and three (3) or more years of relevant recruitment and/or staffing experience required
• Establish priorities, have a drive for quality results, meet deadlines and multitask
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively and professionally interact with all levels of staff and management, with discretion as needed
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet strict, changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with applicant tracking systems preferred, but not required
• Demonstrate and uphold all of Power Design’s core values, which include integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation and growth
