About the role

As a Recruiting Business Partner, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with key clients to drive business growth through effective recruitment solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key clients to ensure alignment on talent needs and objectives.
  • Identify and source high-potential candidates that meet client requirements, utilizing various sourcing techniques including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments and provide recommendations to clients based on their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as HR, Talent Acquisition, and Client Services to ensure seamless execution of recruitment processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant recruiting experience, preferably in a client-facing role.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing complex recruitment projects.
  • Knowledge of ATS systems and proficiency in using them.
  • Understanding of labor laws and regulations.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 annually.

Schedule

The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required to meet project deadlines.
