About the role

As a Recruiting Business Partner, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders to drive business growth through effective recruitment solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key clients to ensure alignment on recruitment goals and objectives.
  • Identify and execute on high-priority client initiatives that support business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate placements.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant recruiting experience, preferably in a client-facing role.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $50,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
