About the role
As a Recruiting Business Partner, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders to drive business growth through effective recruitment solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key clients to ensure alignment on recruitment goals and objectives.
- Identify and execute on high-priority client initiatives that support business growth and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate placements.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant recruiting experience, preferably in a client-facing role.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $50,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
