Recruiting Manager

About the role

The Recruiting Manager is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and placing highly qualified professionals while developing strong relationships with candidates and clients. Success in this role requires a competitive mindset, resourcefulness, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and evaluate qualified candidates through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruiting channels.
• Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and career objectives.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates within your market and specialty.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate the interview process.
• Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization, responsiveness, and follow-through.
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate information within the applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve individual and office goals while delivering exceptional service to candidates and clients.
