Responsibilities

  • Affix with contacting, screening, and interviewing applicants for full-time and part-time positions.
  • Affix with managing the Firm's Applicant Tracking System.
  • Affix with posting and maintaining job openings across multiple recruiting platforms.
  • Affix with reviewing applications, resumes, assessments, and interview materials.
  • Affix with conducting background checks, employment references, and pre-employment documentation.
  • Support various Human Resources and recruiting initiatives.
  • Build positive relationships with applicants, universities, community organizations, and recruiting partners.
  • Affix with recruiting reports, hiring metrics, and special projects.
  • Collaborate with Firm leadership and other departments.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Requirements

    • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field preferred.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
    • Typing speed of approximately 45 WPM or higher.
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent attendance and professionalism.
    • Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources.
    • Prior recruiting, staffing, customer service, or office experience is a plus, but not required.
