Responsibilities
- Affix with contacting, screening, and interviewing applicants for full-time and part-time positions.
- Affix with managing the Firm's Applicant Tracking System.
- Affix with posting and maintaining job openings across multiple recruiting platforms.
- Affix with reviewing applications, resumes, assessments, and interview materials.
- Affix with conducting background checks, employment references, and pre-employment documentation.
- Support various Human Resources and recruiting initiatives.
- Build positive relationships with applicants, universities, community organizations, and recruiting partners.
- Affix with recruiting reports, hiring metrics, and special projects.
- Collaborate with Firm leadership and other departments.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Typing speed of approximately 45 WPM or higher.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent attendance and professionalism.
- Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources.
- Prior recruiting, staffing, customer service, or office experience is a plus, but not required.
