Recruiting Assistant (Full Time) (St. Louis, MO)

About the role

The hours for this position are 9:00 am-5:00 pm Monday-Friday. This is a full-time position with hourly pay ranging from $16-$18/hour.

Responsibilities

• Aid in contacting and conducting interviews of all applicants for employment opportunities (full-time and part-time).
• Manage the Applicant Tracking System for applicants.
• Post and maintain open job positions at Stange Law Firm.
• Provide recommendations and analysis regarding job applicants, including running background checks, checking references, and ensuring assessments and applications are completed.
• Perform human resource duties as needed.
• Support the Firm’s goals through productive teamwork with other employees and develop strong relationships with members of the community and potential employees.
• Perform any other reasonable tasks as determined or requested.

Requirements

• Human Resource Degree or the equivalent or degree in progress.
• High School degree or equivalent.
• Proficient in PC programs.
• Moderate typing skills (45 wpm).
• Excellent verbal / telephone and written communication skills.
• Excellent attendance/punctuality.
• Some Recruiting/Staffing knowledge and/or experience.
