Recruiting Intern

Overview As a Recruiting Intern, you will work closely with the Recruiting Team to develop talent sourcing strategies for existing openings as well as future needs. Responsibilities Utilize research, phone calls, resume databases, pipelines and our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to identify and present candidates for open positions.Build a pipeline of talent for future needs.Screen candidates to evaluate their skills and determine potential fit for roles within the company. Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work well in a team.Potential for future career opportunities within the company.
