Home Instead® North Richland Hills, TX | Full‑Time Home Instead is seeking a mission-minded Recruiting & Engagement Coordinator to recruit, onboard, train, and support exceptional Care Professionals while helping us fulfill our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults and their families. Key Responsibilities Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard Care ProfessionalsConduct orientations, training, and caregiver coachingSupport caregiver engagement, retention, and performanceMaintain compliance with training, licensing, and employment requirementsTrack recruiting, retention, and utilization metricsPartner with scheduling and operations to meet staffing needsOccasionally provide hands-on caregiver support and trainingParticipate in on-call rotation as needed Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or olderProfessional caregiving experience requiredValid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportationStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsHigh level of professionalism, integrity, and follow-throughAbility to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environmentRecruiting, HR, or hiring experience preferred, but not required for the right person with the right heart, work ethic, and commitment to our mission Why Join Us?
