Recruiting Coordinator

About the role

We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about supporting people. In this role, you’ll help drive our recruiting efforts by:

• Posting roles and partnering with recruiter and hiring managers to craft compelling job descriptions
• Scheduling interviews and tracking candidates through the full hiring process
• Supporting onboarding, offer letters and internal transfers
• Maintaining recruiting tools, trackers, and process improvements
• Recruiters and sourcers in day to day needs to accelerate overall results

Requirements

• 1–2 years of administrative or recruiting coordination experience
• Strong communication skills and high attention to detail
• Self-driven, collaborative, and eager to learn
• Someone who thrives in a fast-moving, people-focused environment
