About the role
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will support the recruiting team by assisting with posting job ads, pre-employment paperwork, and handling the employee referral program.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain templates in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Support and complete various onboarding tasks
- Review job ads for consistency and optimize them for better performance
- Organize and expand our application question database
- Proofread and refine SOPs and training materials
- Assist with scheduling assessments and other candidate pre-screening processes
- Assist with the oversight and tracking of the employee referral program
- Support the College Recruiting Team with tasks related to recruiting interns and enhancing the overall internship experience
Requirements
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, AI tools, and cloud-based file organization
- Strong attention to detail, grammar, and organizational skills
- Positive attitude with strong communication and customer service skills
Qualifications
- Experience with ATS systems
- Knowledge of HR best practices
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with AI tools and cloud-based file organization
- Strong organizational and time management skills
