Job Responsibilities

• Screens, routes, and processes new applications.
• Conducts discovery calls, extends offers, and coordinates housing with candidates for direct hire positions.
• Communicates professionally and in a timely manner with applicants.
• Creates and posts new job opportunities.
• Aids in the onboarding and new hire processes.

Required

• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to travel (day or overnight) as needed.

Preferred but Not Required

• College degree, preferably in HR or Business.
• One to two years' experience in the outdoor industry (bonus points if within the ski industry).
• One year of experience in recruiting.
• Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Excel.
• A valid Drivers license and ability to pass the Snowshoe Driving Program.
