Location: Stamford, CT Type: Temporary Job #50183 Salary: $38.00 Job Overview – Recruiting Coordinator (Temporary) Compensation: $38–$48/hour Location: Stamford, CT Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid) Atlantic Group is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator (Temporary) in Stamford, CT for our client, supporting interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and recruiting operations within a fast-paced financial services environment. This role will provide high-volume scheduling and administrative support across campus and experienced-hire recruiting while coordinating candidate logistics and onsite interviews. The ideal candidate has recruiting coordination or executive administrative experience with exceptional organization, communication, and attention to detail. Responsibilities as the Recruiting Coordinator (Temporary): Interview Scheduling: Coordinate high-volume individual interviews, multi-round interview schedules, and recruiting events across multiple stakeholders. Candidate Coordination: Serve as a professional point of contact for candidates while managing interview communications, scheduling changes, and travel arrangements. Recruiting Support: Provide administrative and scheduling support across campus and experienced-hire recruiting activities during a high-volume hiring period. Onsite Interviews: Coordinate interview-day logistics, welcome candidates, manage schedules, and resolve real-time scheduling or operational issues. Administrative Support: Process recruiting invoices, coordinate vendor-related documentation, and partner with finance on payment activities. Calendar Management: Manage complex scheduling across candidates, recruiters, hiring teams, and senior professionals while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness. Qualifications for the Recruiting Coordinator (Temporary): Education: Bachelor’s degree is required. Experience: 1–3 years of recruiting coordination, executive assistance, administrative support, or related experience in a fast-paced professional environment is required. Industry Knowledge: Experience within financial services, investment management, professional services, or another high-volume corporate environment is required. Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, calendar management, and scheduling tools is required, with applicant tracking or recruiting system experience preferred. Skills & Attributes: Exceptional organization, attention to detail, professionalism, communication, responsiveness, collaboration, and ability to remain composed while managing competing priorities are required.
