Recruiting Coordinator - Temporary

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Schedule onsite interviews
• Congnorate candidate travel
• Host candidates and manage day-of onsite interview logistics
• Lear about our business to the extent that you can speak intelligently about our programs with candidates and client groups
• Ensure that all candidates have a positive experience while interviewing with SpaceX
• Assist the talent operations team with special projects as needed

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Previous experience in a professional setting within recruiting, human resources, marketing, sales, or technology

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• 6+ months of professional experience in human resources, marketing, sales, or technology (internship experience is applicable)
• Experience as a recruiting coordinator
• Experience with Greenhouse or other applicant tracking system
• Proficiency with MS Outlook and Microsoft Office tools
• Basic knowledge of personnel policy and procedure in accordance with federal and state laws regarding employment practices
• Able to manage multiple ongoing projects, be flexible to change, and adapt to shifting priorities
• Team player with a high sense of urgency
• Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with a strong passion to contribute to the team’s success
• Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact, diplomacy, and discretion
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels, including senior management, on a 1:1 basis and in groups
• Capacity to learn and speak intelligently about our business and the space industry
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Willing to work overtime as needed
• Able to work 100% onsite in Hawthorne, CA – remote or hybrid work will not be considered

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Pay range: Recruiting Coordinator: $27.00/hour
• Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
• Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX. You may also be eligible for potential discretionary bonuses.
