Recruiting Coordinator - Raleigh, NC
Join our team at our Regional Office in Raleigh, NC and play a key role in building the future of our field leadership organization. Partner closely with Regional Directors, Managing Partners, and Administrative Assistants to attract and recruit top talent for field representative opportunities across an assigned region, with a specific emphasis on college campuses and events.

Responsibilities
- Source candidates for field positions for the region utilizing various recruiting methods, including internet searches.
- Achieve expected levels of candidate referrals to assigned regional office.
- Communicate frequently with all candidates.
- Monitor recruiting activity of regional assignment and provide solutions for issues, questions, or concerns.
- Build relationships with colleges, military, and other association career and placement offices to actively recruit.
- Coordinate completion of selection tests including enrollment, scheduling, and distribution of results.
- Prepare monthly reports on region recruiting activities and results and report to the Regional Director.
- Re-evaluate recruiting processes and systems to ensure goals are being met.
- Research industry data to implement new strategies.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of two years of related professional experience.
- Ability to travel 1-2 times per week, primarily in the fall and spring (majority day trips with occasional overnights).
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to speak confidently to groups in both in-person and virtual settings.
- Strong active listening, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated research skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with technology and social media platforms.
- Ability to build relationships, adapt to changing priorities, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Pay
The hourly pay for this position is $30.00. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.
Schedule
This is a hybrid position with 4 days working from home and 1 day in the regional office located in Raleigh, NC.
