Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for seasonal and part-time employees, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
- Oversee applicant tracking and maintain accurate candidate status throughout the recruiting lifecycle
- Manage interview scheduling and hiring calendars
- Partner with department heads to ensure job postings are current and aligned with hiring needs
- Meet staffing and hiring goals set by department leadership
- Develop a strong understanding of all seasonal and part-time roles across the organization
- Plan, coordinate, and attend recruiting events (on-site and off-site)
- Support the development and execution of job fairs and hiring initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in ADP Workforce Now or a similar HR information system
- Experience supporting high-volume or seasonal hiring
