Summary
This is a great Temp assignment to join a fast-paced, highly dynamic Human Resources team that is constantly innovating and striving to positively impact the people of Ares. This assignment will sit within the Recruiting Operations team and will partner closely with the recruiting and hiring teams to deliver an exceptional hiring experience for candidates across open roles.
Primary functions and essential responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate all logistics of an onsite, phone, and virtual interview across multiple time zones and locations including complex scheduling and meeting room booking.
- Cook, manage the candidate expense reimbursement process.
- Meet, greet and guide candidates during onsite interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Collect feedback from interviewers and consolidate it for evaluation and decision making.
- Maintain applicant tracker to track applicant progress and provide requested reports to Talent Acquisition Partners and business leaders.
- Aid the Talent Operations Team with special projects as needed.
- Prepare functional reports for Hiring Manager calls.
Qualifications
- Educational: Bachelor's Degree required (Any specialization)
- Experience: 2-5 years of work experience as an administrator or coordinator, preferably within Recruitment
- Prior experience with Workday preferred
