Responsibilities
- Schedule and track applicant testing
- Conduct reference checks and follow up with applicants through phone calls and emails
- Generate and maintain internal and external job postings
- Research, analyze and prepare recruiting statistics and metrics
- Maintain relationships with colleges, agencies and other sources of high-quality candidates
- Schedule placement events
- Perform web research
- Manage calendars
- Make travel arrangements
- Communicate with high-level professionals
- Prepare meeting materials, including spreadsheets, presentations and reports
- Screen and monitor incoming calls and correspondence and ensure timely resolution of all phone, mail and email inquiries
- Identify all action items and ensure all priorities are addressed
- Provide detailed information to senior management
- Comply with all laws related to recruiting and hiring
- Promote Uhlig LLC’s company reputation and values through personal appearance, resourcefulness and integrity
- Understand and uphold the policies, professional standards and values of Uhlig LLC and the industries it serves
Qualifications
- Two years’ related experience or equivalent experience in recruiting or staffing
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management
- Honesty and trustworthiness
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Polished presentation skills

- Respect for and ability to get along with others
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
