Recruiting Coordinator

Smartly Technologies is adding a Recruiting Coordinator to its team supporting managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud services, software and web delivery, technical support, systems, data, projects, and customer service. The opening is full time, fully remote, and open to candidates throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews across candidates and hiring teams, manage changes, and send confirmations promptly.
• Post or update approved job listings and keep requisition information accurate across recruiting systems.
• Maintain candidate stages, notes, interview details, communications, and disposition records in the ATS across managed IT and technical delivery.
• Respond to candidate scheduling and process questions and route hiring-decision questions to the recruiter or hiring manager.
• Coordinate pre-hire documents, interview materials, and handoffs for candidates moving through the process.
• Prepare recruiting activity trackers and follow up on overdue interview feedback or pending actions.

Requirements

• Strong scheduling, organization, written communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Comfort using ATS platforms, shared calendars, job boards, spreadsheets, email, and video-meeting tools.
• Ability to coordinate multiple interviews and changing schedules across time zones.
• Professional candidate communication and consistent follow-through.
• High discretion when handling candidate personal information and hiring records.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$61,000 - $70,000 per year
