Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain recruiting systems, candidate records, and hiring workflows to keep the recruiting process organized and up to date.
- Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, recruiting platforms, referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Affiliate with creating, posting, and updating job advertisements across recruiting platforms and hiring channels.
- Review resumes and assist with initial candidate screening to help identify strong-fit candidates for open roles.
- Cook up interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams across a fully remote organization.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to provide a professional and organized candidate experience.
- Manage candidate pipelines, interview progress, and recruiting workflows to help drive hiring efforts from sourcing through candidate selection.
- Support hiring managers by coordinating recruiting updates, follow-ups, and next steps throughout the hiring process.
- Help improve recruiting processes, documentation, and hiring workflows as the organization continues to grow.
- Handle candidate and company information with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, HR coordination, or a similar coordination-focused role.
- Experience maintaining candidate records, recruiting systems, interview schedules, and hiring workflows.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple open roles and shifting priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams.
- Strong organizational accuracy across scheduling, documentation, candidate records, and recruiting coordination activities.
- Capable of working independently in a remote environment while staying aligned with hiring priorities and team needs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Teams, and other collaboration platforms.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience coordinating recruiting, talent acquisition, or hiring processes in a fast-paced technology, MSP, or professional services environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, recruiting platforms, candidate pipelines, and hiring workflow tools.
- Experience scheduling interviews and communicating professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams in a remote organization.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate candidate records, documentation, and recruiting updates.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
- Familiarity with IT, cybersecurity, or compliance-driven organizations is preferred.
