About the Role
The Recruiting Coordinator provides administrative support to the Recruitment and Human Resources team, coordinating interview schedules, travel arrangements, and various HR tasks and projects.
Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment team with:
- Posting job opportunities
- Coordination and participation in job fairs
- Uploading resumes into the hiring management system
- Coordinate and/or schedule background screening, road tests, drug and alcohol tests, and safety orientation
- Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Provide broader Human Resources department support, including:
- Conducting employee orientations
- Run and create ad-hoc HR reports and PowerPoint presentations
- Order supplies and other departmental purchases
- Assist with disability management, ensuring short-term disability forms are completed and submitted timely
- Perform exit interviews
- Update organizational charts
- Support the HR team in special projects and assignments
- Creation and maintenance of employee files
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Preferred)
- 0 to 1 year in administrative, call center, or recruiting support experience (Preferred)

- Familiarity with HR Systems (Workday, iCIMS, or similar) at an Intermediate level (Preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite at an Advanced level (Preferred)
- Experience managing communication with internal and external customers at various career levels at an Intermediate level (Preferred)
- Experience dealing with executives and employees at all levels of the organization at an Intermediate level (Preferred)

Pay
This is an hourly position. The compensation offered may be influenced by relevant experience, education, work location, market data, and internal equity.
