Rockstar is recruiting for a market‑leading AI voice agent for mortgage lenders. Founded in 2024, the company has grown from ~$0 to $13M in revenue in 20 months, with 5 of the 10 largest independent mortgage banks in the U.S. as enterprise customers. It has raised $21M+ across Seed and Series A, most recently a $15M Series A in June 2026. The Recruiting Coordinator will own the day‑to‑day candidate experience and recruiting coordination, working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep the hiring pipeline moving quickly and smoothly. This is a high‑agency role where speed, judgment, and follow‑through matter. Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid). Employment type: Full time. Department: Operations.

Responsibilities

• Own interview scheduling and candidate logistics from initial interview through offer
• Communicate directly with candidates and ensure a seamless candidate experience
• Keep the hiring pipeline moving and make sure next steps happen quickly
• Keep Ashby and other recruiting systems accurate and up to date
• Ensure interview feedback is submitted promptly
• Help recruiters and hiring managers stay organized and on track
• Improve and automate recruiting workflows as the company scales
• Take ownership of whatever needs to get done to keep hiring moving

Requirements

• Smart and quick to learn: picks up new concepts and systems quickly and figures things out independently
• Fast and highly reliable: moves with urgency and follows through
• Extremely organized: can manage many moving pieces without dropping details
• Excellent communicator: clear, concise, polished, and personable
• High‑agency and proactive: sees what needs to happen and makes it happen
• Prior recruiting coordination or recruiting operations experience is preferred, but not required; exceptional early‑career candidates who are smart, organized, fast, and highly reliable are welcome
• The client values ability to learn and execute over years of experience

Pay

$80,000‑$100,000 base salary + equity

Schedule

Hybrid schedule: four days a week together in the client's San Francisco office, with a flexible remote day on Wednesdays
