Job Summary

Mondays through Fridays | Full-time | On-site

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Review and process requisition forms in coordination with department managers and HR team
  • Post job openings on internal systems (e.g., ADP) and external job boards
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, especially for high-volume, hourly roles
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment process
  • Screens resumes and conduct phone interviews to evaluate candidates
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple shifts or facility locations
  • Support HR Generalists in extending offers of employment and coordinating background checks
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and HR shared drive
  • Support employment branding initiatives, including monitoring reviews on Glassdoor and Indeed
  • Afford hiring events, job fairs, and internal recruiting campaigns
  • Partner with leadership for regular workforce planning and talent discussions
  • Generate and maintain Basic Recruitment Reports

Skills, Knowledge, And Abilities

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team-oriented environment
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-focused mindset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with HRIS/ATS systems, preferably ADP
  • Familiarity with employment law related to recruitment (i.e.. EEOC)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet critical deadlines
  • Forward-thinking problem-solving ability and strong attention to detail

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources and/or Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Equivalent experience and training considered.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a recruiting or talent acquisition role.
