Job Summary
Mondays through Fridays | Full-time | On-site
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Review and process requisition forms in coordination with department managers and HR team
- Post job openings on internal systems (e.g., ADP) and external job boards
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, especially for high-volume, hourly roles
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment process
- Screens resumes and conduct phone interviews to evaluate candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple shifts or facility locations
- Support HR Generalists in extending offers of employment and coordinating background checks
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and HR shared drive
- Support employment branding initiatives, including monitoring reviews on Glassdoor and Indeed
- Afford hiring events, job fairs, and internal recruiting campaigns
- Partner with leadership for regular workforce planning and talent discussions
- Generate and maintain Basic Recruitment Reports
Skills, Knowledge, And Abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-focused mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with HRIS/ATS systems, preferably ADP
- Familiarity with employment law related to recruitment (i.e.. EEOC)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet critical deadlines
- Forward-thinking problem-solving ability and strong attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources and/or Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Equivalent experience and training considered.
- 1-3 years of experience in a recruiting or talent acquisition role.
