What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end candidate experience, making every interaction from first touch to final decision, feel seamless, human, and high-touch
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across complex calendars, time zones, and competing priorities, keeping things moving at speed
- Serve as a trusted partner to recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers, anticipating needs, communicating proactively, and making their jobs easier
- Operate independently in ambiguity: spot gaps, make judgment calls, and create structure where none exists yet
- Identify, initiate, and drive projects that improve and scale our recruiting processes as the team grows
- Manage logistics, administrative tasks, and ad-hoc recruiting support with accuracy and urgency
- Continuously look for ways to raise the bar on both the external candidate experience and the internal stakeholder experience
What You Bring
- 2–4 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
- A natural high-velocity operator who moves quickly without sacrificing accuracy or attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously without losing the thread
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proactive, clear, and warm follow-through
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapting fast in a rapidly changing startup environment
- Proficiency with various ATSs (Ashby preferred)
Pay
Compensation Range: $100K - $125K
