The Recruiting & Retention Department has an exciting opportunity for a Recruiting Coordinator or Senior Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in Denver, CO. In this role, you will serve as a key partner to the Recruiting & Retention team, providing high-level coordination and operational support across the firm’s California offices supporting Associate and Counsel searches. This position will work closely with and support the Firm’s Senior Manager of Attorney Recruiting.
- Cover letter review and resume screening
- Coordination of interviews, including scheduling, follow-ups, and feedback compilation
- Preparation and posting of job advertisements on the Firm’s website and various job boards
- Supporting firmwide recruiting initiatives
- Contributing to administrative and strategic projects that advance the Firm’s overall talent objectives
Essential Functions:
- Act as a central point of coordination for interview scheduling with candidates, attorneys, and hiring managers, including gathering availability, managing follow-ups, compiling interview feedback, and maintaining regular communication with applicants to support a positive candidate experience.
- Provide administrative and operational support by maintaining files, preparing correspondence, ensuring data accuracy, and updating ad hoc reports.
- Care for ongoing check-in calls with current attorneys to support engagement and retention efforts.
- Respond to and route candidate inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, including diversity data and candidate submissions, while ensuring accurate tracking within the applicant tracking system.
- Respond to a broad range of recruitment inquiries including but not limited to internal inquiries.
- Support a range of administrative and strategic initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting experience
- Associates or bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or community college
- Must possess experience in a high-volume work environment
- Highly detail-oriented and strong prioritization skills
- Advanced experience with all Microsoft applications, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Some experience in HR is preferred, but not required
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred
- Applicant tracking system (ATS) experience, such as iCIMS or VIRecruit, is a plus
- Law firm experience is a plus

Pay
The wage range for this California position is between $55,500 and $90,200. The wage range for this Illinois position is between $55,500 and $90,200. The wage range for this Colorado position is between $51,840 and $77,760. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
