The Role

This is where recruiting careers start at MOGEL. If you like people, love a good puzzle, and get satisfaction from making someone's day with a job offer, you'll fit right in. You'll start by helping our senior recruiters move faster: keeping searches organized, candidates engaged, and data clean. As you learn our clients, tools, and methods, you'll take on sourcing, then screening, then managing searches alongside our senior team. Career path: Recruiting Coordinator to Associate Recruiter to Recruiter. You move up as you show you're ready, not after a set amount of time.

What You'll Do

• Support recruiters on several active client searches at once
• Review resumes against search requirements and flag strong matches
• Find candidates through LinkedIn, sourcing platforms, job boards, referrals, and research, including people who aren't actively looking
• Reach out to candidates by email, LinkedIn, and phone, and give everyone a responsive, professional experience
• Schedule interviews and handle candidate follow-up before and after
• Keep candidate records and pipelines accurate in our own and our clients' applicant tracking systems
• Prepare candidate summaries for recruiter and client review
• Help with job postings, inbound applicants, and pipeline reporting
• Use AI-powered sourcing, screening, and outreach tools to work faster, with your own judgment making the calls
• Over time, run first-round screens covering experience, motivation, pay expectations, and fit

Backgrounds that tend to work well

Staffing, sales, customer service, hospitality, account management, HR, executive support, or a strong recent graduate. A degree isn't required.
