About the Role: As a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll serve as a key partner to recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle. You'll manage complex scheduling, ensure a seamless interview experience, and help keep recruiting operations running efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams, stakeholders, and time zonesSupport recruiting efforts for Go-to-Market and/or Engineering functionsServe as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview processManage a high volume of scheduling requests while maintaining exceptional attention to detailPartner closely with recruiters and hiring teams to ensure an efficient and seamless hiring experienceTrack candidate activity and maintain accurate ATS records and interview documentationAssist with offer coordination, onboarding logistics, and recruiting operations initiativesIdentify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and elevate the candidate experienceBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders while representing the company brand professionally Ideal Candidate: 5+ years of Recruiting Coordinator experience, preferably within high-growth technology companiesExperience supporting Go-to-Market recruiting teams and/or Engineering recruiting teamsExceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesProven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentStrong communication skills and a customer-service mindsetExperience with applicant tracking systems, scheduling platforms, and recruiting toolsProactive, resourceful, and comfortable navigating ambiguityStrong sense of ownership and accountability with a true "go-getter" mentalityPassion for delivering a best-in-class candidate experience and helping build exceptional teams Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
