About The Role

We’re always trying to push the status quo and think 10 steps ahead of our competition. We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to partner with our hiring team (recruiters, hiring managers, etc.) in creating an incredible candidate experience and finding top candidates. We also want you to have creative ownership and have a lot of fun while doing so!

What You'll Do

• Schedule and own the entire coordination experience for candidates for our Engineering, Product and Design recruiting teams (6-8 recruiters)
• Build efficient scheduling and recruiting processes that result in highly positive experiences for both candidates and the hiring team
• Develop trusting relationships with hiring managers, interviewers, and recruiters
• Communicate effectively with the interview team, recruiting team, and candidates to ensure a seamless candidate experience
• Change the talent industry at large and figure out the best ways of recruiting in a highly competitive environment

What We're Looking For

• Incredibly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Proactive in identifying problems and providing solutions — able to do this independently but not afraid to ask for help
• Thrive and ruthlessly prioritize in a constantly changing environment
• Creative and resourceful in problem-solving to ensure that you always get the job done
