Recruiting Coordinator

About the role

We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to run scheduling, candidate experience, and recruiting operations. You’ll work closely with recruiters, founders, and hiring managers to ensure everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and with high quality from initial contact through to the final interview and closing.

Responsibilities

• Own scheduling end-to-end, ensuring candidates and interviewers are prepared and on time.
• Run a clean, thoughtful candidate experience, particularly during on-site interviews.
• Keep everyone informed and in the loop, minimizing confusion and avoiding dropped balls.
• Work closely with the team to resolve issues quickly and keep things moving forward.
• Keep Ashby accurate to provide a clear view of the recruitment process.
• Identify and address broken workflows, tighten processes, and improve overall operations.
• Take on ad hoc projects as needed, such as setting up new hiring pushes, improving operational efficiency, or addressing other areas of high leverage.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail, catching things others might miss.
• Highly reliable and responsive, earning the trust of colleagues.
• Able to manage multiple tasks without becoming overwhelmed.
• An interest in enhancing the candidate experience and making processes feel seamless.
• Good judgment in handling sensitive information.
• A natural affinity for people and a positive, approachable demeanor.
• A proactive attitude, willing to step in and fix problems when necessary.
• An eagerness to grow into broader responsibilities within the team.

• Experience with Ashby is helpful but not required.

Pay

The base salary range for this role is $85,000 - $105,000, with actual compensation influenced by a variety of factors including experience, skill set, and work location.
