Recruiting Coordinator
Roadmap
- Partner closely with recruiters to spot friction in the process and help fix it
- Support employer branding and candidate experience projects as they come up
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple interviewers, calendars, and time zones, often on tight turnarounds
- Keep candidate records and pipeline stages accurate and up to date in the ATS
- Greet and host candidates in person, making sure every visit to Kalshi feels sharp, warm, and well-run
- Own interview-day logistics: booking rooms, prepping materials, coordinating candidate travel when needed
- Serve as a candidate's main point of contact for logistics - answering questions, setting expectations, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks
What You Bring
- 1-3 years of experience in a coordination, recruiting, executive assistant, or operations role
- Excellent organizational skills and comfort juggling multiple calendars and moving pieces at once
- Strong written and verbal communication, with a warm, professional in-person presence
- A proactive, no-task-too-small attitude and genuine interest in recruiting as a craft
- Desire to grow into a full-cycle Recruiter role over time
Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
NYC Pay Transparency Disclosure
Salary Range: $100,000 to $150,000 annually plus equity and benefits.
This range reflects current market data for this role. Kalshi has minimal hierarchy and broad variance in experience levels within each title; if your compensation expectations exceed this range, we encourage you to reach out - we’re always happy to discuss.
