About the Role
We're looking for an Onsite Resource/Recruiting Coordinator to support high-volume hiring and workforce planning at 9715 N. Virginia St, Reno, NV 89506. You'll partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and operations leaders to attract talent, coordinate hiring activities, and guide candidates from application through onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers and operations leaders to meet staffing goals. Monitor hiring needs, manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews and onboarding activities, and ensure new hires transition seamlessly into their roles.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates, answering questions, and guiding them through pre-employment requirements. Support New Hire Orientation to deliver a positive candidate experience that reflects our employer brand.
- Work directly with onsite leadership to participate in workforce planning discussions, provide recruiting updates, and share labor market insights to improve hiring outcomes. Collaborate with recruiting leadership and marketing to develop creative solutions for hiring challenges.
- Maintain accurate recruiting data, monitor hiring metrics, and identify trends to improve recruiting effectiveness. Balance strong relationship-building skills with a data-driven mindset while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or workforce planning experience.
- Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work onsite in Reno, NV.
- Ability to stand for up to four hours during hiring events.
- Flexibility for occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Preferred Skills

Pay
The salary range for this position is $50,000–$70,000 depending on experience.
