The position supports domestic and international travel planning, reservations, ticketing, traveler service, and administrative support and is designed for someone who can keep details accurate while moving work forward. Core Responsibilities Support recruiting coordinator activity connected with domestic and international travel planning, reservations, ticketing, traveler service, and administrative support.Maintain accurate candidate stages, notes, communications, documents, and next steps.Schedule interviews, onboarding tasks, training, or recruiter follow-up and keep stakeholders informed.Review applications or sourcing lists against documented requirements as assigned.Prepare pipeline trackers, activity summaries, and handoff notes for recruiters or hiring leads.Provide professional candidate communication while protecting personal information. What We Are Looking For Strong organization, written communication, and follow-through.Comfort using applicant-tracking workflows, spreadsheets, email, calendars, and job boards.Ability to manage multiple candidate interactions and deadlines accurately.Professional judgment and discretion with personal information.Transferable coordination or customer-service experience is welcome for junior roles.A pre-employment background check is required.
