About the role
The Recruiting Coordinator will support the Talent Acquisition team to facilitate the full cycle hiring process and excellent candidate experience. This role will be a consistent point of contact for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and third-party recruitment agencies, with a focus on operational aspects of recruitment, including coordinating interview appointments and travel logistics, maintaining data in the applicant tracking system, and recruitment for high-volume openings.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate phone, video, and onsite interviews with speed and efficiency, ensuring a seamless scheduling experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Schedule meetings with the interview panel for interview preparation and feedback meetings following candidate interviews.
- Act as the primary contact for temporary staffing agencies, managing relationships and fulfillment processes.
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for candidates, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
- Arrange candidate travel logistics and expense reimbursements in a timely manner.
- Develop and revise job descriptions in collaboration with department leaders to ensure accuracy and alignment with business needs.
- Assist with passive candidate sourcing to build and maintain talent pipelines.
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate new hire onboarding sessions to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to drive an efficient process.
- Track, maintain, and report on all recruiting-related metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Pay
Competitive base salary: $50,000 - $60,000 (commensurate with experience).
