Recruiting Coordinator

About The Role

As a Recruiting Coordinator you’ll play a critical role in building our team across a multitude of roles that drive our business forward. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to start a career in tech recruiting, learn how high-growth startups hire, and work closely with hiring managers, and leadership. You’ll support the full recruiting lifecycle—from finding top talent to creating a seamless candidate experience—while gaining hands-on exposure to technical and non-technical hiring in an AI SaaS environment.

What You’ll Do

• Source and engage candidates across roles including engineering, product, sales, and operations
• Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating across multiple time zones
• Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS (Greenhouse)
• Conduct initial screens to assess candidates for the role and also educating them on us and what we are building here at Flip
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience at every stage with a focus on quality and volume for our evergreen roles
• Support recruiting operations, employer branding, and hiring projects as we scale

What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, sales, or a related field (internships welcome)
• Strong interest in talent acquisition, startups, and AI technology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable learning new tools and systems (ATS, LinkedIn, sourcing platforms)
• Curious, proactive, and eager to grow - learn - fail fast and keep going

Pay

Compensation Range: $55,000 USD - $70,000 USD. This role is also eligible for equity, in accordance with company policy, and subject to board approval.
