Position Overview

The Recruiting Coordinator supports a regional Talent Acquisition team within Encore. The primary responsibilities include administrative support for the recruitment process, collaborating with the recruitment team, new hires, hiring managers, and third-party vendors.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Strong communication within all levels of Encore and third-party vendors
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team, new hires, hiring managers, and third-party vendors located throughout the country
  • Aid in scheduling interviews and facilitating communication between candidates and interviewers
  • Build recruiting-related reporting using BI
  • Create, send, and retrieve offer letters from new hires in a timely manner
  • Maintain consistency in communication with third-party vendors for overall success
  • Onboard new hires and assist hiring managers with the Onboarding process
  • Operate recruiting-related programs, i.e., ATS, HRIS, and Onboarding systems, along with Microsoft Office

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, or other relevant field
  • 2 years of managing a high volume workload
  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, evolving work environment
  • Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing time effectively
  • Strong team player who contributes ideas to enhance processes
  • Exceptional focus on customer service and hospitality

Pay and Benefits

#INDCORP Hourly Pay Range: $21.87 - $29.77

The compensation offered for this role is determined based on the qualifications outlined in the job posting for the specified location. Final compensation is based on a number of factors including location, travel, relevant work experience, or particular skills and expertise. In addition, some positions may be eligible for other compensation such as potential overtime, bonuses, or incentives.
