This is a 100% remote role open to candidates in the United States. The role focuses on accurate recruiting or HR administration, candidate or employee communication, scheduling, records, and confidential workflow support.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support recruiting or HR administration through scheduling, candidate communication, records, and workflow tracking.
- Maintain accurate applicant, employee, credentialing, or onboarding information in approved systems.
- Coordinate routine follow-up and documentation while protecting confidential information.
- Prepare reports, status updates, and organized records for assigned people or staffing processes.
- Follow documented employment, privacy, compliance, and record-handling procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Strong written communication and dependable professional follow-through.
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment with clear deadlines and documented procedures.
- Ability to use common business tools such as email, spreadsheets, shared documents, and web-based systems.
- Careful attention to accuracy, confidentiality, record quality, and task completion.
- Ability to learn role-specific systems and communicate questions or exceptions promptly.
