About the role
We're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to help us deliver an exceptional candidate experience and build the operational foundation that allows our team to hire quickly without compromising on quality. You'll work closely with our recruiting team, hiring managers, and leaders across the company to coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and keep our hiring processes moving. As one of the first members of our growing recruiting team, you'll also have the opportunity to improve how we operate, take on increasing ownership, and get exposure to the full recruiting lifecycle. This is a great opportunity for someone who is exceptionally organized, proactive, and excited to build a career in recruiting while helping scale a fast-growing startup.
