Job Duties

  • Aid in reviewing and scheduling interviews for open positions.
  • Assist with pre-employment testing, including reference checks, background checks, and drug tests.
  • Manage new hire onboarding by sending necessary paperwork and preparing documents.
  • Support the New Hire Orientation process by moving candidates through the ATS and HRIS systems.
  • Maintain the HR shared drive and organize job descriptions.
  • Coordinate and attend onsite hiring events and job fairs.
  • Post job listings and manage job postings using the ATS.
  • Support the Human Resources Department with various job functions and special projects.

Qualifications

  • Competency Statement(s): Excellent communication skills, problem-solving, initiative, accountability, and integrity.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years of Recruiter Coordinator or similar recruiting experience.

Skills and Abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, HRIS, web-based applications, and internet/email.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Work Environment

The office atmosphere is the primary work setting.
