Recruiting Coordinator
Summary
Chamberlain Advisors is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our client’s Talent Acquisition team on a contract basis. This role supports a variety of administrative, recruiting, and project-based activities, with a primary focus on reviewing a high volume of pre-recorded candidate interviews each day and calibrating evaluations against established hiring rubrics and guidelines.
What You Will Be Accountable For
- Review a high volume of pre-recorded candidate interviews daily, evaluating responses against established hiring rubrics and guidelines.
- Calibrate interview scoring and feedback to ensure consistency with hiring team standards.
- Collect, enter, and maintain new hire and applicant data within ATS/CRM systems.
- Schedule pre-placement testing, assessments, and interviews.
- Collect, validate, and process employment-related information for new hires, including record setup, I-9 processing, license verification, criminal background checks, medical clearance review, fingerprinting, and validation of documentation.
- Process ground requisitions and verify approval to fill new or vacant positions.
- Post jobs on the internal posting system via the Taleo applicant tracking system.
- Create interview guides from applicable software.
- Support mass hire and bid processes, including sourcing, selection processing, interview scheduling, and training class placement coordination.
- Communicate offers or rejections to candidates via phone, letter, or email.
- Support onboarding transaction processing, including setting up new hires on the payroll system and maintaining applicant data.
- Provide prompt, professional customer service to employees and candidates, escalating non-routine matters to the appropriate individuals as needed.
- Serve as a liaison supporting recruiters, vendors, and/or clients.
- Maintain data integrity across all work processes to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, and ensure the confidentiality and security of applicant data.
- Identify opportunities to resolve problems and continuously improve Staffing Center processes.
Qualifications
- Experience with ATS/CRM systems and recruiting databases.
- Demonstrated experience interviewing and evaluating candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency when calibrating against hiring rubrics.
- Experience supporting high-volume recruiting operations.
- Familiarity with staffing, recruiting, and operations practices, programs, and plans.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated good judgment and confidentiality.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer service.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, highly team-oriented environment.
- Excellent time management, follow-through, and organizational skills.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet/database platforms.

- Experience with Phenom.
- Aviation recruiting experience.
