The Recruiting Coordinator performs experienced-level recruiting coordination across multiple requisitions and hiring activities, including interview scheduling, candidate correspondence, recruiting administration, and applicant tracking. This role applies established talent acquisition procedures to coordinate detailed hiring activities, resolve scheduling and process issues, and maintain accurate recruiting records. Working cross-functionally with talent acquisition, human resources, and other applicable departments, this role serves as an experienced resource for recruiting coordination, hiring process administration, and operational improvements that support timely, consistent, and effective recruiting operations.
