Serve as primary initial contact

Serve as primary initial contact for written and verbal communications with internal and external candidates on behalf of the Recruiting Team and hiring managers.

Coordinate and schedule interviews

  • Utilize Outlook calendars to efficiently coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Contact candidates and hiring managers to arrange interviews and book necessary rooms.

Manage candidate office visits

  • Plan and manage candidate office visits, including troubleshooting and addressing logistical issues such as last-minute cancellations and rescheduling.
  • Find and book interview rooms as needed.

Conduct market research

  • Research to map markets and identify the best sources of qualified candidates for each assigned market.

Represent CBIZ brand

  • Communicate effectively with applicants and candidates to represent the CBIZ brand.

Conduct initial candidate phone screens

  • Conduct initial candidate phone screens.

Support recruiting technology

  • Enable and support recruiting technology applications.
  • Create and manage requisitions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Coordinate recruiting activities

  • Coordinate inputs from multiple sources to achieve recruiting goals.
  • Manage multiple priorities from multiple stakeholders.
  • Administer special projects as requested and report progress to team and internal HR stakeholders.

Support social media strategy

  • Support building and executing a careers-focused social media strategy through competitive research to generate, edit, and publish weekly content.
  • Coordinate with CBIZ professionals to administer internal documents via DocuSign.

Additional responsibilities

  • Support execution of campus events, internship programs, and other recruiting events.
  • Gain proficiency in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Support building and executing a careers-focused social media strategy through competitive research to generate, edit, and publish weekly content.
  • Coordinate recruiting metrics; gather and interpret data; prepare reports; present data to team and internal HR stakeholders.
  • Organize and support execution of campus events, internship program, and additional various recruiting events.
  • Support building and executing a careers-focused social media strategy through competitive research to generate, edit, and publish weekly content.
  • Coordinate with CBIZ professionals to administer internal documents via DocuSign.
