Responsibilities
- Support the Manager of Legal Recruiting with candidate applications, recruiting data management, and updates in our applicant tracking system (Flo).
- Track applications and communicate with candidates regarding their status.
- Post and monitor job openings on law school and professional job boards.
- Prepare recruiter fee agreements and coordinate execution.
- Cook up interview schedules, virtual meetings, conference rooms, and candidate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute interview materials, schedules, and candidate correspondence.
- Serve as a liaison among candidates, interviewers, and offices throughout the interview process.
- Manage pre-employment paperwork and onboarding activities for new attorney hires.
- Cook up orientation programs and support attorney integration efforts.
- Partner with Marketing to facilitate attorney announcements, website biographies, and professional photography.
- Maintain recruiting metrics, reports, and budget tracking.
- Process recruiter invoices, candidate reimbursements, and related recruiting expenses.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of relevant professional experience are required.
- Experience supporting recruitment, talent management, onboarding, or human resources functions, preferably in a professional services or law firm environment, is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint); experience with Flo Recruit, NetDocuments, Adobe Acrobat, and similar business applications preferred, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and systems.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
This hybrid position offers a work schedule of 3 days a week in the Philadelphia office, Tuesday through Thursday, with additional days required as needed.
