Responsibilities

  • Support the Manager of Legal Recruiting with candidate applications, recruiting data management, and updates in our applicant tracking system (Flo).
  • Track applications and communicate with candidates regarding their status.
  • Post and monitor job openings on law school and professional job boards.
  • Prepare recruiter fee agreements and coordinate execution.
  • Cook up interview schedules, virtual meetings, conference rooms, and candidate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute interview materials, schedules, and candidate correspondence.
  • Serve as a liaison among candidates, interviewers, and offices throughout the interview process.
  • Manage pre-employment paperwork and onboarding activities for new attorney hires.
  • Cook up orientation programs and support attorney integration efforts.
  • Partner with Marketing to facilitate attorney announcements, website biographies, and professional photography.
  • Maintain recruiting metrics, reports, and budget tracking.
  • Process recruiter invoices, candidate reimbursements, and related recruiting expenses.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of relevant professional experience are required.
  • Experience supporting recruitment, talent management, onboarding, or human resources functions, preferably in a professional services or law firm environment, is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint); experience with Flo Recruit, NetDocuments, Adobe Acrobat, and similar business applications preferred, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and systems.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

This hybrid position offers a work schedule of 3 days a week in the Philadelphia office, Tuesday through Thursday, with additional days required as needed.
