About the role

The Recruiting Coordinator works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization to support end-to-end hiring activities and build strong candidate relationships. This role serves as an integral partner in managing recruiting logistics, maintaining accurate records, and providing candidates with a professional and positive first impression. Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews and phone screens by working directly with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Arrange travel logistics for visiting candidates when needed.
  • Update candidate records and job postings in applicant tracking and recruiting systems.
  • Confirm new hires and ensure all relevant recruiting systems reflect accurate status information.
  • Provide timely follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding their recruiting status via phone and email.
  • Track recruiting activities and prepare weekly reports summarizing candidate status and pipeline progress.
  • Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and distribute debrief materials to interview teams.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to improve the candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
  • Assist with the coordination and execution of other recruiting activities and projects as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a coordination-focused role.
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage scheduling and coordination tasks in a professional environment.
  • Experience supporting recruiting, talent acquisition, or similar administrative functions.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruiting systems.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering an excellent candidate experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
  • Experience in administrative coordination supporting multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience or interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources.

Work Environment

This role operates in a fast-paced, dynamic recruiting environment that requires frequent interaction with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates. You will work extensively with office productivity tools such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as applicant tracking and recruiting systems. The position is 100% onsite, providing direct access to the recruiting team and stakeholders. The work involves managing multiple priorities, adapting quickly to changing schedules, and maintaining professionalism in all candidate and internal communications.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.

Schedule

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA. This is a fully onsite position.
