This role is a unique position on the Amazon University Talent Acquisition team. The Recruiting Coordinator will manage the entire candidate lifecycle, including scheduling, candidate experience, data management, and travel arrangements. You’ll serve as the candidate’s primary point of contact for information and assistance throughout the interviewing process, ensuring a positive experience for early career talent.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates during their on-site interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Enter and track candidate information in Amazon’s database, ensuring appropriate partners have access to necessary data.
- Manage complex calendar scheduling for internal and external meetings.
- Handle multiple tasks and action items, including documentation, follow-ups, and preparation, to ensure timely deliverables.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting, coordination, administration, logistics, HR, or an equivalent field.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with basic web-based tools such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in HR or a related field.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic, or international environment.
- Experience with technical tracking systems or applicant tracking software (ATS).
Pay
- USA, TN, Nashville: $19.00 - $33.00 USD hourly
- USA, WA, Seattle: $21.00 - $37.00 USD hourly
