Recruiting Coordinator, Amazon University

About the role

The Recruiting Coordinator position is a unique role on the Amazon University Talent Acquisition team. This person will manage the entire candidate lifecycle in terms of scheduling, candidate experience, data management, and travel arrangements. The Recruiting Coordinator will be the candidate’s primary point of contact for information and assistance throughout the interviewing process, ensuring a positive interview experience at Amazon.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the candidate’s main point of contact throughout their interview day, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Enter and track candidate information in Amazon’s database, ensuring appropriate partners have access to necessary data.
• Manage complex calendar scheduling for internal and external meetings.
• Handle multiple tasks and action items, including documentation, follow-ups, and preparation, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting, coordination, administration, logistics, HR, or an equivalent field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with basic web-based tools such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in HR or a related field.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic, or international environment.
• Experience with technical tracking systems or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Pay

• USA, TN, Nashville: $19.00 - $33.00 USD hourly
• USA, WA, Seattle: $21.00 - $37.00 USD hourly
