The Recruiter will work with a team of peers including Sourcers and Recruiting Coordinators, focusing in the areas of candidate talent search and placement, process improvement, strategy development and will act as client lead for assigned groups. They will foster a collaborative team environment and a strong service-oriented culture that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, quality driven service to internal customers and meets customer service level agreements. The candidate must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and how to prioritize customer SLAs. They thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate talent sourcing channels and develop relationships with hiring managers
- Close searches against tight deadlines and manage prioritization against timelines
- Develop talent attraction strategies and set benchmarks and metrics
- Act as client lead for assigned groups
- Foster a collaborative team environment and service-oriented culture
- Ensure delivery of efficient, quality-driven service to internal customers
- Meet customer service level agreements
Qualifications
- 1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience
- Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience
- Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring
- Experience leading or participating in technology hiring events, technology mixers, and regular attendance and participation at technology meetups and technology user groups
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize time and demonstrate push back and a sense of urgency
- Understanding of the value of providing amazing customer service
- Reputation for exceptional candidate generation and client/account management
- Organizational skills
- Ability to forge dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners
- Knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business
Pay
- USA, TN, Nashville: 50,900.00 - 89,100.00 USD annually
- USA, VA, Arlington: 56,600.00 - 99,100.00 USD annually
- USA, WA, Seattle: 80,200.00 - 99,100.00 USD annually
Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
