Recruiting Assistant

About the role

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain Inc. (ESGW) is seeking a Recruiting Assistant to support recruitment efforts and enhance the candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment advertising and marketing initiatives.
• Research and recommend new job boards and sourcing opportunities.
• Aid in talent sourcing and candidate outreach efforts.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and ensure proper recordkeeping.
• Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop and update recruitment documentation, guides, and training materials.
• Educate hiring managers on recruitment tools, systems, and best practices.
• Represent ESGW at hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach activities as needed.
• Deliver a positive and professional experience for candidates and new hires from application through onboarding.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• 0 to 2 years of related experience in recruiting, human resources, customer service, administrative support, or a related field.
• Experience in a client-facing or customer support role preferred.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Physical And Other Requirements

• Ability to move independently throughout the workplace and community, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must successfully pass a background check and DMV records check.
