Recruiting Analyst

About the role

The Recruiting Analyst will assist in hosting prospective student athletes. This includes providing tours and transporting prospects and their guest during visits. The recruiting analyst will have extensive knowledge of the football program and University and communicate the selling points to prospective student athletes and their families. They will also assist with administrative office duties as directed by the Director of Recruiting Operations.

Responsibilities

• Host prospective student athletes during official and unofficial visits to include, but not limited to walking tours of the athletic facilities, driving tours of Athens, providing transportation to and from events and visiting with prospects during on campus competitions.
• Administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of the UGA football program and University.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to multi-task.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Able to work within deadlines.
• Ability to complete work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in working with databases, mail and letter merges, etc.

Qualifications

Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification:

• Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies.

Physical Demands

Standing; walking; using hands to finger, handle, feel; and reaching with hands and arms. Sitting and talking or hearing. Close and distance vision, and peripheral vision. Driving as needed for job duties.
