You’ll collaborate with our recruiting team to find, engage, and guide top talent through the hiring process—while building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.Key ResponsibilitiesSource, engage, and screen candidates using tools like LinkedIn and Boolean searchGuide candidates through the hiring process from first contact to post-placementPost job ads, review applicants, and conduct initial interviewsBuild and maintain a pipeline of top-tier talentTranslate hiring needs into actionable sourcing strategiesProvide reports and insights using recruitment dataCollaborate on sourcing tactics and market intelligence with internal teamsWhat You Bring0–1 year of experience in recruiting or human resourcesPassion for helping businesses succeed through talentFamiliarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)Strong communication, curiosity, and a solutions mindsetComfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environmentIntermediate proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Bilingual English/Spanish is a plusCompensationBase Salary: $60,000–$69,000 DOECommission: Uncapped, tiered structure based on performanceTotal Earnings Potential: Substantially higher with strong performanceBenefitsHealth, Dental, Vision, FSA/HSA, and Pet Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanShort/Long-Term Disability InsuranceUnlimited PTOHybrid Work EnvironmentRapid promotion opportunities based on meritAbout Talento RecruitingSince 2017, we've completed 1000+ searches for over 65 clients across 15 countries.
